3 - French Literacy:

Read 20 minutes each day.

Use the writing prompts HERE to reflect on your reading this week.

Practice your conversational skills en français with a family member, by phone with a friend, or with one of your teachers! There are some guiding questions in the document HERE

4 - Move your body for at least 15 minutes each day. If you would like some creative ideas for doing that, Mrs. Thorne has a fun list that you can see by CLICKING HERE

5 - Take care of yourself! Things have changed a lot over the past few weeks and it can be hard to manage our emotions.  Focusing on the positive can help with that.  You might want to try a gratitude journal – list 3 things you’re grateful for each day.  Some of your teachers will also share their daily gratitude HERE

Also, click HERE for a great calendar with easy self-care things that you can do each day.  Pick a few and try them out!

6 – Ready for an Art challenge? CLICK HERE

7 – Music: Connect with Your Family

Ask your parents or grandparents who/what kind of music they listened to when they were your age. If possible, listen to some of the songs or artists they told you about. How does it make you feel? How does the music the compare to your preference in music today? What is similar? What is different?

Have a great Week 2 of Home Learning MAA Moose!

Remember to reach out to your teachers if you need anything.

Take good care! :)
