Back to school is right around the corner for the 2024-2025 school year. Staggered entry for Kindergarten will take place the first week of school. Kindergarten parents be on the lookout for a call from your child's teacher on start date. Calls will be made the week of August 26. Grade 7 and 8 students will only start on Wednsday September 4 as the first day of school is grade 6 orientation day for grade 6 only. Looking forward to the 2024-2025 school year!
It is hard to believe but the last day of school is just around the corner. Friday June 21will be the last day of school for the 2023-2024 school year. Report cards will be issued on this day. The entire MAA community would like to wish all our students a wonderful summer break and to the grade 8 students moving to MVHS, much success!
The elementary drama club will be presenting "Anne of Green Gables". The school performance will take place on June 4with the parent and family performance on June 6 at 6:30 pm. This is going to be an awesome performance that one must not miss!
MAA will be hosting the annual ASD-N District Archery Competition this Friday May 24. The competition will take place in the middle school gymnasium. Good luck to our Moose who will be representing MAA. Parents and family members are welcome to come and cheer on our participants.
Report Cards will be issued to MAA students on Thursday April 11 with Parent Teacher interviews taking place on Monday April 15 from 1:00 -3:00 pm and again that evening from 4:30 - 6:00 pm. Parents unable to attend Parent Teacher at the times listed are asked to contact your child's teacher to schedule a time at another date.
NOTE, there is no school for students on Monday April 15.
On Monday April 8 students will have an early dismissal (11:30 am) to return home for the total solar eclipse. The MAA learning community is reminded to protect your eyes during the eclipse.
Students at MAA and in ASD-North will begin March Break March 4-8, 2024. MAA wishes the entire learning community a wonderful break. Please take time to have fun with family and friends!
