Welcome back to school MAA moose. A special welcome to our incoming Kindergarten students and newcomer students! The entire staff at MAA is looking forward to seeing all our students. Please note September 5 is the first day with exceptions to certain grade levels. Stay tuned for details.
Wishing the entire learning community of MAA a wonderful summer break. The staff look forward to welcoming our new and old students back in the Fall and wish our grade 8's all the best at MVHS in September.
Grades 3-5 students across the district will come together at the JMH track on June 20 to participate in the year end Elementary Track & Field Day. Good luck to our 3-5 Moose who will be participating. Bring home the gold MAA! Rain Date June 22.
MAA would like to take this opportunity to invite family, friends, and community members to come and celebrate the hard work and effort put forth by our middle school students.
MAA is very excited to announce that the PowerPlay Innovation Centre will have it's grand opening on April 20. Educators from across Canada will be at MAA to tour the new learning space with students demonstrating various projects at work. Big thank you goe out to Mrs. cheryl Richardson for championing this important initiative.
Report Card #2 will go home on Tuesday April 11 with Parent Teacher interviews on Thurday April 13 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm and again on Friday April 14 from 9:00 - 11:30 am. There is no school for students on Friday April 14.
