It's a greenhouse in here! Our class has started various gardening projects this month and today we started a very exciting project that was sponsored by our local Tim Hortons called project sucSEED. A hydroponic system was donated to our class and we've now planted our lettuce seeds. The students got to learn all about the various ways we can grow plants and how some ways don't require soil. The students are very excited to see how the lettuce will grow without soil. Here are a few pictures from today and how our system is set up.
