Hi Folks,

For home learning today, I'd like you to make sure you read for at least 30 minutes. I'm also assigning our Reading Journal prompt which will be due this week. 

The reading prompt is as follows:
1. Provide a brief summary of what is currently happening in your book. 
2. Authors organize books with purpose and intention. What is the significance of the current chapter you're reading? 

For social studies, we will continue our discussion and look into geography. Please take a few minutes to watch this clip on the Canada / US border.
