Photo Day is Thursday Sept. 29th . Both Individual and class photos will be taken at that time.  Information on ordering photos will be sent home soon.

Math notebook: We correct all Math assignments on a daily basis in class. I then review all Math notebooks each weekend.  Please take a few minutes with your child to look over my comments/suggestions made in the notebook about your child's daily work in Math. Thanks.

French and Art: All french and art assignments are displayed in the classroom and /or on the hallway bulletin boards for several days after which all assignments are evaluated and sent home for parents to review.  Please encourage your child to show you his/her art and french assignments/projects. Thanks.

Upcoming events 

Our Terry Fox Walk is tomorrow, Friday Sept. 23rd in the AM.  Treat to follow the walk! Donations to the Terry Fox Foundation are welcome this week. A 'Toonie For Terry' box has been set up in the classroom. Students are asked to record any walking, running, jogging, or any other physical activity that they do each day until Friday, Sept. 23rd.  Recording sheets were sent home on Friday Sept. 16th with precise details. Fifteen minutes of exercise will be registered as 1km on our cross-Canada run. 

Homework 

Math: Finish #1-8 page 55 of Math textbook (Estimating Differences) which was started in class today.

Reading: Read the selection presented in class earlier this week 'Mon sac d'école' to a family member or aloud to yourself.
