Welcome back to Max Aitken Academy wishing you all a fantastic year!

My homeroom class is 6R which consists of the Grade 6 Early French Immersion students (grade 3 entry). I will be teaching my homeroom : Français (French Language Arts), Science Humaine (Social Studies) and Santé (Health). I also teach Français to 7B, 6/7B and also Science Humaine to 6/7B. • Return yellow student information sheet
• Return orange media/field trip sheet signed
• Return purple Technology policy
• Several notices were sent home with student agendas (MAA Handbook, Fair Notice Letter, Emergency Bus Information, cafeteria menu), review with your son/daughter. There is also more important information included in the agenda.
• Student fee is $25.00 and can be paid in cash or cheque made payable to Max Aitken Academy. When I student has handed in their $25.00 I will issue a reciept for them to take home.
• It's very important students have the required colored duo-tangs as all schedules for grade 6,7,8 Immersion and Prime have been color coordinated for the students to help them with organizational skills. All colored duo-tangs can be found at Staples. I also have a very limited number of duo-tangs of each color, a student may trade me an "extra duo-tang of a different color for the one they may need or replace the one I give them once they get their own.

• Meet the Teacher is scheduled for Thursday September 14th from 6:00 to 7:30. All parents are asked to meet in the Middle School gymnasium.
