Advisory - Richardson

1. Skating for middle school students will begin on October 22nd, students are required to bring skates, hockey helmet and dress for the rink. This will be part of their Phys. Ed class mark. (Please check the calendar items for more information).
2. Halloween Dance is tomorrow Friday October 26th from 7-9pm for students in grade 6-8. Costumes are strongly recommended as we have 3 prizes to give away 1. Scariest Costume, 2. Most Original Costume and 3. Group Costume.
3.  Notice was sent home today for a special Halloween lunch for Wednesday October 31st. Order forms and money ( must be pre-ordered and pre-paid) by Monday October 29th. Please note there will be no other meal choices available on that day.
4.  We are looking for pictures of your family members or friends which served in previous wars ( Veterans) and those currently serving in our military, Airforce or Navy.  The Remembrance Day Committee here at MAA are working on a slideshow to honor those who have served out country for our Remembrance Day Service. If you have any pictures please electronically send them to our Facebook page or to your son or daughters teacher's email.

• Reading every night for 20 minutes ( Monday to Thursday) from a level book or any students who have reached level 29/30 may choose a "free choice" to read in French.
• Students who have not completed their writing piece " Marche à suivre" will be staying in at lunch from 12:00-12:30 with Ms. Richardson to complete this assignment.
• Students who have not completed their writing piece " Poème Acrostiche" will be staying in at lunch from 12:00-12:30 with Ms. Richardson to complete this assignment.
