Students will pick books at their level from my class library, they may be reading the same book for a whole week, this is perfectly ok, rereading is very beneficial in a second language. Students have started working on their draf of writing piece "recette", recipe this week. Science Humaines (Social Studies) 6E1, 6E2, 6L.Students have all their notes for this unit, they should be reading it over 2-3 times a week. Quiz will be before the Christmas break.We are starting a new unit on rights and freedoms- students should be looking at The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms ( see weblinks to the right), to read up on it.Discussion questions: 1. What is a right (droit)? 2. What is a privilege (privilège)? 3. What is the difference between the two? 4. How do we have rights? 5. How do we get provilieges? 6. Can rights be taken away? 7.
