So last week, you should have created 2 pieces for me using value scales - one with graphite (pencil), and another with coloured pencil. For this week, as promised, your assigment is to create a realistic apple drawing while watching the tutorial provided (you will get step-by-step directions and visuals near the end of the video). Your apple should take up approximately a 1/2 sheet of paper when finished. In the video, you will learn a LOT about how light works to create shadow; by understanding this, your drawings will begin to 'pop off the page'!
