We celebrated Take Me Outside Day on both Thursday and Friday this week. On Thursday we learned how to play some of the playground games that are painted outside our classroom like hopscotch and twister. On Friday we went for a walk to the forest classroom. We read some of the plaques in the classroom and collected leaves. With the leaves, we created patterns, and then we brought some back to the classroom and tried our best to identify what we had found. We also learned about why they change colour in the fall.
