Tabata Workouts

One way to work out while keeping our physical distancing is with Tabata workouts which are broken into 20 second sets of exercises followed by a 10 second break between each one. Students in Grades 3-5 are familiar with these as we used them as a warm-up throughout the year on numerous occassions.
