Hey boys and girls. For this week I would like my Grade 4/5 students to continue completing their Phys Ed Log from the previous week and the Grade 2/3 to continue with the DEAM Calendar which is for the month of January. Just a reminder that I will be collecting both the Phys Ed Logs and DEAM Calendars at the end of our home learning. Look for new material to be sent home with next weeks learning packet on Friday.
As a bonus to help get yourself moving check the daily workout that should only take a few minutes of your time. It will be titled by the day of the week.

Hey everyone and Happy New Year! Hopefully you received the Physical Education log that came in your learning pack. Each day students will be expected to do their best at checking off the three different sections of Physical Activity to give you 60 minutes in total. The categories are Activite Outside, Walking with family and friends and Dance. This comes to a total of 60 minutes. Being active outside should be the easy complete as there are many activties you can do this time of year such as building a snow fort, skating on an outdoor rink, snow shoeing, cross country skiing or building a snow man. If you are new to dancing (it can also be any movement to music) I am posting a few links that will help you get this portion completed. If you have any questions at all about the Phys Ed Log please do not hesitate to email me at ryan.flynn@nbed.nb.ca
Logs will be collected at the end of our Home Learning.
