If you did not receive an acceptable mark on your Squares, Square Roots and Pythagorean Theorem Test, you have the opportunity to make corrections to show your understanding.

I require the following:

1. Explain the mistakes you made and how to fix them.

2. Do one other example of each type of question you made a mistake on. (Ex: if you made a mistake with a pythagorean thm question, do another one to show me you can do it. It can be one you make up or from the textbook)

You can do this right on the test if you have room, or attach an extra sheet of loose leaf to your test.

3. Get your test signed as well.
