Homework / Permission slip / Conferences / April 14th

French: Re-read the selection 'Bien Manger' introduced in class yesterday

Math: Complete side two of the daily multiplication sheets (3 mins. timed session)

Permission slip: Our swimming outings to the MVHS pool begin next week. Information/permission slip went home with each student yesterday. Parents are asked to please sign and return their child's permission slip should you wish your child to participate in the outings.

Parent / teacher conferences: Term two report cards went home yesterday. Parents who requested a parent/teacher conference will receive a confirmation notice today. Please ask your child for the confirmation notice this evening.

Friday April 14th: No school for students this Friday April 14th. Teachers have parent/teacher conferences in the AM and professional development activities in the PM.

Math: Complete side two of the daily multiplication sheets (3 mins. timed session)

Message: Information about our upcoming swimming outings to the MVHS pool went home with each student today.  The message includes a permission slip to be signed by parents.

Report card / Parent teacher conferences: Term two report cards go home today, Tuesday April 11th with each student. The report card envelope will contain a parent/teacher conference request form. Parents are asked to please fill in and return the parent/teacher conference request form by tomorrow, Wednesday April 13th, should you wish a conference.  Conference times are available for Thursday evening, April 13th, or for Friday morning, April 14th.

Homework: No homework on the weekends

Message: No school tomorrow, Friday April 7th or on Monday April 10th

Report card / Parent teacher conferences: Term two report cards will be sent home on Tuesday April 11th.  The report card envelope will contain a parent/teacher conference request form. Parents who wish to have a parent/teacher conference are asked to please fill in the parent/teacher request form and have your child return the conference request form on Wednesday April 12th. For those parents who request a conference, a confirmation notice will be sent home with the time/date of your conference. Parent/teacher conferences are being held on Thursday afternoon/evening, April 13th, between 4pm-6pm and on Friday morning, April 14th between 9am-11:30am.

French: Re-read the selection 'C'est l'heure du déjeuner' introduced in class on Monday

French: The booklet 'Mes Amis' is due tomorrow Thursday April 6th.  This project went home yesterday with those students who hadn't completed it at school.

Math: Complete side two of the daily multiplication sheets (3 mins. timed session)

Message: No school on Friday April 7th and Monday April 10th

Message: The MAA Cafeteria will only be offering food services tomorrow, Thurs. April 6th, to those students who pre-ordered the Easter dinner. No other purchases are available tomorrow.

French: Re-read the selection 'C'est l'heure du déjeuner' introduced in class yesterday

French: The booklet 'Mes Amis' is due on Thursday April 6th.  Students who haven't completed the project at school are asked to complete it at home and pass it in on Thursday April 6th.

Math: Complete side two of the daily multiplication sheets (3 mins. timed session)

Message: For those students in drama, after school drama practice for Wed. April 5th is cancelled. Next practice is Wednesday April 12th.

Library/Book exchange: Each Wednesday is our library / book exchange time. Students are reminded to return any overdue library books.

Message: Easter dinner order form from MAA cafeteria went home last week. The dinner will be served on Thurs. April 6th. The order form is due back tomorrow, Tues. April 4th.  No other meals will be served in the cafeteria on April 6th.

Math: Test tomorrow, Friday March 31st (Fractions , Decimals,  Multiplication tables 2-6) 

Message: Two notices on French Second Language programs in ASD-N went home with each student today

Message: We will be playing the math game Pizza Fraction Fun tomorrow, Friday March 31st, to celebrate the completion of our fractions/decimals unit. Students will also have some delicious pizza / garlic fingers during the celebration.  Pop/juice too!
