If we don't receive a signed permission slip prior to the event, your son/daughter will not be able to attend. Blue News ( school newsletter) was sent home yesterday, please ask your son/daughter for this as there is a lot of imortant information included, you may also read the newsletter on our school webpage. On the back sheet there is a "News Ticket" , all ballots must be returned by Friday October 30th, 2015 to be eligible for the draw.Scholastic book orders for October are here, students have until Tuesday October 27th to place an order. Parents if you are looking for some a gift(s) for a birthday or Christmas please don't hesitate to contact me via e-mail and we can set up a private order has so your child won't know they are receiving the gift. We would like to congratulate Sophie Taylor for being Student of the Month for September. We should be bery proud of everything she has accomplished so far this year. Way to go Sophie!We would also like to congratulate Tyra Sheasgreen and Jorja Lavoie for being Purple Team's Students of the Week  for 0ctober 19th-23rd. Wonderful hard workers, keep up the fantastic job!Purple Team will be hosting the Halloween Dance on Thursday October 29th from 6:00-8:30. Students have received their  2nd activity booklet for this year ( these booklets are to help with grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension in a fun away. Every activity will be explained to the students, if they get to an activity and can't remember what is being asked or don't understand, please have them see me for further explaination. Students have 3 weeks to complete this assignment as we will be doing two of the major activities together in class, they are not to finish the booklet in 1 day, each day/night they should be working on it for 10-15 minutes.
