On September 28th we wear orange shirts to show that "Every child matters" and to acknowledge Canada's history with residential schools and the mistreatment and racism towards First Nations people.

Last week I sent home a few Scholastic book order flyers.
I will be placing the order after school on Tuesday, September 25.
So if you wanted to order anything this month, you may order:
- Online, anytime, at www.scholastic.ca/canadaclubs, where you can pay with a credit card or using PayPal or
- Send the exact change (under NB heading) along with the order form from the flyer, with your child and I will place the order.

We are leaving promptly at 8:35am for our field trip to Moncton. Students will arrive at the school, at approximately 3pm. Students must be picked up when we return to school.
Don't forget to put sunscreen on before coming to school. It looks like the sun will be shining all day!
*Students must bring a lunch that does not require heating!*
