Student Fee ($20) should be turned in right away to Mrs. Hamilton.  Please bring a note if it will come to me at a later date. Meet The Teacher has been changed to Tues Sept 14 6-7pm All info sheets (Blue & Pink forms) were to be signed and returned to Homeroom by today (please bring in Monday)
All students are being sent home with an assessment review on June 2nd.  Parents / Guardians are asked to monitor / help their child with this review to prepare them for their assessments on June 7th & 8th.

Grades 7 & 8 will be writing Math Assessments on June 7th & 8th (District - 7, Provincial - 8)   Grade 8: Monday June 7th - 10:30-12:00, all students will need an HB2 pencil, eraser & calculator (will not be provided)     - 60 min Multiple choice / constructed response Tuesday June 8th - 8:35-10:15, need pencil, eraser (calculators not permitted)    - 15 min Mental Math (explain your thinking)    - 60 min constructed response   Grade 7: similiar format to grade 8, with the exception of the mental math section (2-3 min timed, answer only)

There hasn't been much homework...so sad. We are mostly reviewing for Math Assessments which will be the 7th & 8th of June.  I am asking all students to be extra attentive for the next two weeks and your hard work will not go unnoticed!  We're almost there!! Grade 7 write the District Assessment Grade 8 write the Provincial Assessment

7A: - Anyone that did not finish to the end of pg 8 of your worksheets (handed out yesterday) is to finish it for Monday  (you had two classes to work on it and ask questions). - Unit Test (Patterns & Relations) Tues April 27th. - Bring in signed Assignments Monday as well   8B / 8C: - Unit Test (Geometry) Wed April 28th. - You will get your assignments back on Mon to be signed for Tues.
