What a great day of Survival!  We have been so very blessed to have students with such great attitudes and pride in their school.  Today demonstrated that more than ever.  I'll be sincerely sad to see this group leave next year.  The teachers upstairs are in for a treat with this creative, intelligent and thoughtful bunch!  You rock Purplers! Don't forget, if you would like a Year In Review, they are $5.  Bring in your Galileoscope if you believe that someone else may get more use out of it.  Tomorrow we will have classes in the morning and a presentation on Anne Frank and The Holocaust in the afternoon from Mr Pat Lange.  Enjoy the sun this evening...it finally decided to join us!  :)

A message about Survivor TOMORROW from Mrs Gilks:   "Students are asked to be dressed to get wet at some of the water events.  Please tell them to bring a change of clothes or if they wear a swim suit it must be underneath clothing and no WHITE t-shirts!  Banner paper will be delivered to you on Tuesday morning at 8:30 with your torch.  Please have students bring in any paint, brushes, markers etc... for Tuesday. Good luck to everyone and thank you for your patience, flexibility, and cooperation on this crazy day!"Mrs. K. Gilks   Please bring in all text books and classroom novels. Also bring Galileoscopes if you do not plan on using them. Bring $5 for your Year In Review too!  :)
