Good afternoon families.  

Social studies quiz on continents, oceans and provinces/territories of Canada is rescheduled to Tuesday for 6/7P.  There are practice games available on my teacher page @ http://maa.nbed.nb.ca/teacher/mrs-mclean.  

Weekly homework is reading at home Monday - Thursday for 20 minutes.  This is extremely important as it will help in every subject area. Students who are reading books from home are to be transporting books to and from school while they are reading these books as they need them to do some activities with their reading in class.  Students should be reading bringing books back and forth from school daily.  

In word work, students should have finished up to Lesson 5 of their word work sheets.  Some are a bit behind and need to complete work to submit.  They are in their homework agendas.  Homework agendas should be going home throughout the week.  They go home on the weekend if students need to get caught up. 

Word work sheets are due biweekly.  Lesson 5 was due today, Nov. 17.  If students have not passed it in today, be sure to pass in on Monday. There will be no word work passed out for next week.  The next word work will be passed out the following week on Nov. 28 as some students are missing work and need to get caught up.
