The Max Aitken Academy Grade 8 Awards Night & Farewell Celebration will take place on Thursday June 21st beginning at 7:00 pm. Schedule of events is as follows:
ASD-N will be once again hosting the annual grades 3-5 track and field meet on June 19 at the JMH track. Students from across the district will compete in various running and field events. MAA is very excited to be part of this large event and wish all our students luck as they test their skills in a number of events throughout the day! Go Moose Go!
Discover 2018 promises to be a combination of an amusement park meets the CUTE Awards at Max Aitken Academy on Saturday, May 26, 2018, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM as Anglophone North School District will proudly host Discover 2018: Journey into Innovation. This exciting event will be an interactive showcase of innovative teaching and learning currently taking place throughout our District.
From Builder Boulevard to Planet Parkway or Fantasy Freeway to the Fitness Fun Zone, there promises to be something for everyone.
Come out on Saturday May 12th from 11:00 - 3:00 pm for a family fun filled day at Max Aitken. There will be cake draws, an interactive lego display, jumping castles, fun games, and of course a spaghetti lunch. Let's not forget dessert. There will be a make your own sundae bar. Weather permitted, there will be water fun activities on the front lawn. All monies raised will go to the playground fundraiser.
Starting Tomorrow Monday april 30th, our Middle School lunch period will be one hour. Students will eat in the cafeteria from 12:30 - 1:00 pm and will be outside from 1:00 - 1:30 pm. Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather and have proper footwear.
students will be up on the hill in the play area and field. If it is raining, students will remain inside.
The first scheduled Grade 5 floor hockey game that was to take place in Blackville on April 17th has been changed to April 30th due to the weather. The Grade 5 team will instead have their first game Thursday at Max Aitken against NSEE at 4 PM.

MAA Family Fun Day!
This will be a HUGE one day celebration fundraiser for our Middle School year end field trips and special activities. We are planning a bake sale, bouncy castles, face painting, laser tag (tentative), BBQ, yard sale and the list goes on!
