Classe titulaire 6E1 (HOMEROOM) + Equipe violette (Purple Team).Contact:cheryl.richardson@nbed.nb.ca or 627-4088. Permission slip for our first field trip has been sent home today, it must be returned signed by Friday October 30th. If we don't receive a signed permission slip prior to the event, your son/daughter will not be able to attend. We would also like to congratulate Tyra Sheasgreen and Jorja Lavoie for being Purple Team's Students of the Week  for 0ctober 19th-23rd. Wonderful hard workers, keep up the fantastic job!Purple Team will be hosting the Halloween Dance on Thursday October 29th from 6:00-8:30. If you can spare sometime and supervise part of the night, please send me an e-mail, anytime would be greatly appreciated.Skating: Purple Team will be skating Friday November 13th, 2015. First bus run will be leaving at 10:15 (second immediately following), we will be skating until 11:35 ( first return bus will be at 11:40, and second immediately after).Please note students are to have skates and helmet to come to the rink (parents/guardians may bring their child's equipment directly to the rink if they would like).Also, students should be able to tie their own skates, please practices this at home with them. We have 67 students on the team and only 3 teachers to supervise on and off the ice. Students have received their  2nd activity booklet for this year ( these booklets are to help with grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension in a fun away. Every activity will be explained to the students, if they get to an activity and can't remember what is being asked or don't understand, please have them see me for further explaination. Students have 3 weeks to complete this assignment as we will be doing two of the major activities together in class, they are not to finish the booklet in 1 day, each day/night they should be working on it for 10-15 minutes.
