Home Learning for Friday, January 28th, 2022

Hello everyone,

We made it!! Today brings us to the end of home learning and somewhat of a return to normal as of Monday when all students will return to school for face-to-face learning. I’m so looking forward to seeing all my students in person after six weeks away (seems like forever!!), and I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all, parents and students alike, for your efforts and the good work you have done during this most challenging time.

I ask that all packets (the first, sent home in the clear plastic envelope and the second, sent home in the brown envelope) please be returned on Monday if they haven’t already, with all work (finished or not) enclosed. Reading logs, green Hilroy notebooks, etc. should also be returned.

Just a reminder that the current Home Learning Packet is to be returned in its entirety tomorrow (Friday) when you come to pick up the new packet for next week. Please ensure that your child’s name is on the front of the packet so I know to whom it belongs. *Also, please note that the time for drop-off of current packets and pickup of new packets has changed; initially this was supposed to take place from 9 am to 2 pm on Friday, but because there will be busses arriving before 2 pm to take students home, the cutoff time has been changed to 1:30 pm instead of 2.
