It's a super short week for students, so the weekly homework is a little different this week.
No school Friday, Nov. 15th
I've attached the document, but in summary;
- Daily reading & log it (Every day that they have school)
- They are creating lists of words they think the need to work on from their past spelling tests (max. of 10 words)
- Math > They are just getting familiar with the terms/written words for the larger numbers.
- They can still practice to create a good sentence for the week. Capital letters, ending punctuation, neatly written & spaced letters/words.

My apologies for the late notice, however, I was dealing with a family emergency and was out for the beginning of the week.
This means the students will not have a word test this week and that they don't have a homework sheet this week either. Instead we are reviewing the words and sounds covered so far. If you want to do homework, they can always work on skip counting and addition facts. Daily reading is also very beneficial. The reading log sheets will start Tuesday!
*A notice went home today (Wed.) to inform you of a pyjama/hat day on Friday. This is a playground fundraiser.
**Students also received their codes for their school photos from Jordan Pinder Photography.
You need this to view & order their photos (online).

Students have begun to practice their cursive writing in class, at their own pace. If your child is interested in practicing more at home, this video goes through the lowercase alphabet for them.
